Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
We offer free delivery across the UAE on all orders over AED 100.
International shipping is available at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Warranty & Repairs
All European Traveller products come with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If you experience an issue with your luggage, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product. We will assess the claim and offer a repair or replacement where applicable.
